Demand Planner

In this global role you are in the driver's seat. You own the forecasting process in order to better articulate the global demand plan, in collaboration with: - International Sales - Marketing Management: customer promotions (comparison of market growth/decline to current forecasts for deviation indicators) - Commercial Leads - Finance - Supply planning - Corporate Planning Leadership You will in particular deliver, on a monthly base: -Baseline forecasts (statistical, budget, prior forecast, long range plan) -New Product Introduction (NPI) product ramp forecasting methodology -Capacity Risks and opportunities -A 12-18 months Demand Plan Description: -Support the monthly Demand Planning Process and coordinates the bottom-up Sales Forecast input by maintaining APO-DP master data -Utilize SAP APO as needed to record statistical forecasts, budget forecasts and demand plans -Enforce process adherence by the Sales Team and the Portfolio Managers -Coordinate monthly demand information and facilitate the establishment of consensus forecasts on a monthly basis -Prepare and run the monthly Demand Review -Execute timely and robust reporting of forecast performance and accuracy - Actively lead continuous improvement in forecast accuracy -Prepare input and participate in demand-related Exec. S&OP meetings

- Successfully achieved Technical or Economic Degree - 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Demand planning in a multinational environment - Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas and functions, pivot tables, VBA, plots, regression analysis) - Very good skills with SAP APO-DP - Fluent Business English - Works efficiently with solid organizational skills and process discipline - Strong analytical skills - Customer-oriented attitude - Open minded, flexible and welcoming new challenges
