Team Leader - Facility Management (m/f)

- Manage subcontractors and suppliers

- Oversee the accounting, costing and billing of all contracts

- Control and maintain all operational documentation processes to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, statutory and regulatory requirements

- Close collaboration with the operational and support teams

- Supervise operational staff

- Be the interface and lead project meetings with the client(s)

- Work on the budget and maximise profitability

Previous experience in the hospitality sector is valuable

- Commercial education

- First relevant working experience in facility/office management or similar

- Previous experience in the hospitality sector is valuable

- Fluency in (Swiss) German and English

- Proficiency in MS Office

- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills

- Procurement and negotiation skills

- Ability to multi-task and prioritise

- Time and project management skills

- Team player with the ability to lead and motivate others

- Practical, flexible and innovative approach to work
