As a L1 Technical Support Expert, you will be working as an IT expert on the International Service Desk and reporting to the Team Manager. This already established Service Desk provides B2B IT support services to end users. The Service Desk is expanding and therefore offering exiting career opportunities. Your main responsibilities will be:
* Provide Excellent Customer Support.
* Follow up and solving complex IT incidents.
* Escalate incidents to Level 3 when unable to resolve.
* Responding to incoming emails.
* Ensuring that service quality levels meet expectations.
- IT degree or proven experience
- Excellent Level of English.
- CCNA, MCA, MCSA or similar certificates are a big plus
- Experience in corporate IT environments
- Experience in helpdesk or Technical support.
- Advanced IT skills.
- Excellent trouble shooting skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Flexibility regarding work schedule.
