HR Coordinator E7G (m/w)
- Providing organizational and administrative support to the internal HR Team - Assisting with the entire HR administration (onboarding, offboarding, registrations, contact with local authorities, requesting work permits, writing work certificates, preparing contracts, time management, etc.) - Supporting the recruitment process (uploading/updating job descriptions on internal platforms and external job boards, scheduling and coordinating interviews, organizing pre and post interview debriefings) - Coordinating the interviews with internal parties (reception desk, security, reserving the meeting rooms etc) - Supporting the entire onboarding procedure (preparing offers/contracts, setting up the work place, etc) - Assisting with various HR revelant projects
6 months contract
Strong administrative skills in the field of HR required
- Commercial Education or a similar degree required - Several years of administrative assistant experience in HR required - Fluent in English and German, any additional language is a plus - Strong IT skills (MS Office and SAP) - Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented attitude - Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, where multitasking is a prerequisite - Highly organized, flexible and detail-oriented
