For your own brand portfolio, you will be in charge of: - Ensuring international product availability and analysis of inventory levels - Daily collaboration with global partners and suppliers of the company - International coordination with other headquarters, warehouses, distribution centres and other internal stakeholders - Constantly optimizing the supply chain procedures and methods - Coordination and monitoring of inventory stock and effectively managing of excess or out-of stock - Tracking and monitoring inbound shipments - Keeping the departments KPIs in mind and acting in their regards - Working closely together with different departments such as local operations and customer service team - Other general supply chain related tasks

- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equal education in the industry - Subject-specific further education is a great asset - Some years of relevant experience in the field of procurement and inventory coordination - Fluency in English language, German is an advantage - Affinity towards relevant IT-systems, as well as proficient knowledge in MS Office (excel) and SAP - Professional and experienced personality with an accurate way of working - International and team-oriented mind set
