Experienced Assistant to the Executive Team (m/f)
- Responsible for diverse international travel arrangements (obtaining visa, permit requirements) for the Executive team - Agenda Management from A-Z - Plan and coordinate important stakeholder meetings and internal seminars, including invitation, meeting room and presentation preparation - Set up and organize events with global participants - Prepare confidential documentation, correspondence and weekly reports in English - Act as liaison between team members and departments for upcoming projects - Support the onboarding of employees - Maintain and actively advance the company's intranet presence - Coordinate daily incoming and outgoing post - Provide administrative support to the management

Fluent in English & German, 6 years top assistant experience, Healthcare sector
- Commercial education or related degree in business administration - A minimum of 6 years of administrative assistance experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in the Healthcare sector - Fluent in English and German, French or Italian is a Plus - Excellent MS Office required and first SAP know-how desired - Ability to multitask and to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Ability to handle confidential information with complete discretion
