HRIS Project Assistant - Deployment of a new HR System - TEMP
Ensures projects are planned, executed and completed in accordance with project management methodology and other relevant processes.
Manage HR system testing phases
Accountable for the project's success through the effective management of project set-up, planning of costs, resource planning, risk management and schedule management.
Management of relationship with IT contractors and sub-contractors and other relevant parties.
Preparation and maintenance of appropriate project documentation in accordance with the requirements of the company Methodology and service agreements.
Project communication including the creation and control of a communications plan, management of project reviews including minutes of meetings, and the maintenance of regular progress reporting.
Project budgeting and all financial issues, including the monitoring and achievement of revenue targets and profitability as set by management.
Coordinating customer sign-off for successful completion of all agreed deliverables.

You have a proven track record in managing new HR system deployment
You have already done an HR system roll-out.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent abilitytocommunicate and presentat senior management and steeringcommitteelevel
5 years project management experience.
General understanding of IT technologies, network, managed services.
A proven track record in managing a variety of multiple projects across the full systems development lifecycle.
