- First point of contact for international clients as a service and sales support - Full processing and quoting of incoming orders and requests from customers - Support to the company's clients and ensuring high quality solutions to their requests - Provide regular and precise follow ups in line with key account management - Maintain a relationship to the sales team by providing thorough sales support - General administrative tasks that go along with high quality customer care
First relevant experience in customer service/sales administration
Fluent in English, French and Italian
- First relevant work experience in the customer service department/internal sales - Fluent in English, Italian and French (preferably mothertongue in one of them) - Proficient knowledge of Oracle or other ERP system, as well as MS Office - Thoroughly enjoy any aspect of customer care and interacting with the firm's clients - Outstanding attitude in terms of sales support and communication with stakeholders - Proactive and stress-resistant personality that is able to work autonomously - Able to be self motivated and working towards a goal
