HR Admin Coordinator (h/f) TEMP
*Administration of education grant payments *Liaising with the Swiss mission on work permits *Maintenance of employee files, both electronic and hard copy *Assist with the preparation of Attestations for employees *Administer medical absences, updating the sick leave tracker and filing the medical certificates *Assist with the creation of reports there where necessary *Occasionally assist with the HR Front desk *Perform other duties as requested
7 to 8 Months temporary contract

Languages: *An excellent knowledge of English and preferably a good working knowledge of French Technical Skills: *Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word with knowledge of Excel *Diplomacy in dealing with people *Ability to handle a high volume of work and respond to short deadlines
