Biosimilars Marketing Manager (Oncology)

Accountabilities
Contributes to EU Brand Plan development
Develops and executes HQ promotional activities (master detail ads, message scripts, advertising, congresses, account manager tools, etc.)
Coordinates and executes European commercial presence at congresses
Executes and analyses Market Research
Produces the European brand book(s)
Collects competitive information from affiliates and other sources
Partners with the Med. Com. Manager in the development and execution of the Medical Affairs and Promotional Program
Collects affiliate input in development of international promotional material
Reviews country Brand items with affiliates
Collaborates with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects
Recruits and manages external vendors
Cooperates with Clinical Education Manager (nurse)
Establishes regular contacts with key speakers

Demonstrates strong communication skills in English with ability to efficiently and productively communicate orally and in writing
Demonstrates expert marketing skills (segmentation, positioning, key messages, brand image, etc.)

Minimum Requirements
Academic education or experience from similar positions
Minimum 10 years of experience in industry
1 to 3 years as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience as a Product Manager
Financial and budgeting skills and experience
Fluency in English, both oral and written communications
Documented track record of product launch
Computer skills (MS Office programs)
Tenure at last two jobs for at least 2 years each

Preferred Requirements
>2 years in a big pharmaceutical company
>2 years experience in a US pharmaceutical company
Documented experience in Franchise area (e.g., Oncology, Nephrology, etc.)
Documented success in gaining or maintaining market leadership position
Experience managing cross-functional projects
