Trainee for our tax team
We advise and represent our clients in all areas of the tax law, in particular regarding the structuring of complex mergers and takeovers, financing operations, reorganizations and shareholding structures for investors and employees in national and cross-border matters, as well as with the structuring of significant private assets. We use our extended relationship network with expert colleagues abroad as well as representatives of the tax authority and work together closely with the attorneys of the other departments of our firm.
