We’re currently looking for a

Sales Representative Networking (NetScaler, CloudBridge) to join our sales team in Switzerland.

Job summary

Specializing in the Networking product subset; Application Delivery solutions. In particular, Citrix NetScaler, CloudBridge, Access/Gateway and Security solutions. The Sales Representative Networking generates a pipeline and manages large & mid-sized opportunities within Switzerland consisting of value-added resellers, strategic partners, prospects and customers to increase Citrix market share and revenue.

Capable of being called into accounts as opportunities are identified and working with account-assigned Sales Account Managers to close sale to achieve or exceed revenue targets. Leveraged as an industry and market expert to develop and present sales proposals and systems solutions, and taking the lead in closing complex deals.

Job responsibilities

Work with Enterprise Relationship Managers (ERM), Corporate Account Managers (CAM), Field Sales Managers (FSM), Channel Development Manager (CDM) and our Channel Partners to drive opportunities in assigned product lines

Work closely with your dedicated local Networking Systems Engineer

Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers’ current/future technology needs

Analyze our local market potential and build a plan with our account and channel teams to increase our market share

Lead channel activities in generating pipeline and managing opportunities

Qualifications and Requirements:          

  • Building strong relationships with clients, IT and business decision makers as well as sales and account teams at managed partners.
  • Ability to effectively engage with customers to develop a partnership-based relationship
  • Ability to leverage Citrix team (e.g., ERM, CAM, FSM, Systems Engineer) and partner sales teams to discover opportunity and develop solutions
  • Demonstrated experience managing, near-term pipeline based on territory/accounts
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to translate into solutions
  • Strong knowledge of business and architectural technology, with deep expertise in Networking
  • Ability to differentiate Citrix and Citrix product portfolio that enables value selling into clients
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and processes including the ability to understand customer needs, overcoming objections, return on investment analysis, closing the sale through appropriate procurement vehicle (shrink wrap, licensing, etc.)
  • Apply a thorough knowledge of Citrix products required to close deals
  • Knowledge of complementary hardware and software solutions
  • Motivate, train and conduct seminars to drive mind share within partners to increase Citrix revenues within Switzerland
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills
  • Strong work ethic, attitude and follow through ability
  • Prior territory sales experience in a high tech environment with a demonstrated rack record of success in driving customer adoption of technology
  • Solid understanding of networking, security and WEB applications; high availability networks, load balancing and dynamic routing protocols
