Your role:

Through a 6-month end-of-studies internship, you are responsible for managing Amaris training programs and its internal university development. Responsibilities: For each concerned audience, anticipate arrivals and plan training sessions, guarantee the registration to the dedicated training programs, launch sessions and manage their logistics until the training day, send out the satisfaction surveys and compile their results, ensure regular communication with Directors and Head of Departments to inform them about the trainings calendar, its eventual modifications and about the Amaris internal university development both in terms of process and of programs and modules content. Projects/Missions: ? In collaboration with the Human Resources Director and the trainers, update the existing training modules and supporting tools (updates, translations in collaboration with the Translation & Proof Reading Centre, co-creation of trainers’ guides and memo cards etc.); ? In collaboration with the HRD and the IT Department, develop a training management application (expression of operational needs, drafting of the functional specifications, tests etc.).

Your profile:

Business School (Master Degree Bac+4/5) student with a major in Human Resources, you are looking for an end-of-studies internship. You have a very good knowledge of computer programs/Microsoft Office and you master Excel (tools for operation of databases, pivot charts etc.). VBA programming skills will be a plus. Rigor, proactivity, heightened communication skills, adaptability and strong capacity for analysis are essential to succeed in this position. A first experience in the Human Resources field is mandatory. Mastering French and English is compulsory.
