Coordinate and implement the public relations strategy in order to create and maintain a favorable public image for Swarovski. Partner with business clients to help them prepare their communicaion, draft public relations material like press releases, speaches etc. and coordinate the relationship with external stakehlders. Two to three yars of experience and good knowledge of the public relations area required.


An attractive workplace in the digital business department of our Consumer Goods Business. In this position you will report directly to the Head of Digital Content Management and your main duties will be the following:

- Managing the delivery and production process of e-commerce optimized content – with the aim of informing, emotionalizing and entertaining the online consumer.
- Actively participating in the maintenance and upload of website content.
- Managing, planning and optimizing the integrated consumer calendar
- Proactively working with our various internal departments to maintain critical launch schedules.
- Leveraging analytics and providing content performance insights to inform new content and online merchandising strategies.
- Managing and supporting frontend/UX A/B testing projects
- Analysing and reporting on category and product performance to ensure KPIs are achieved.
- Fully aligning the product focus’ and plan the merchandising strategies and updates across the website for a seamless customer journey


A motivated, proactive and highly organized team player, who brings along the following background:

- Excellent verbal and written communication & interpersonal skills

- Good analytical skills, previous experience with Google Analytics would be an advantage

- Confident in proposing merchandising strategies based on sound data analysis and product intuition

- Strong Excel skills

- Preferably experience working for a luxury fashion or lifestyle brand and/or in an international e-commerce environment

- Fluent English, other language(s) such as Italian, German, French or Spanish would be an advantage

- Technical mindset to successfully deal with the IT tools (CMS, product data systems & others) used on a daily basis

- Passion for processes with high flexibility in a fast evolving environment
