WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

The jobholder primarily supports, develops and implements all existing and new processes related to SCS loyalty program. He/she drives timely, seamless and superior operations to improve consumer experience and maximize ROI of SCS program.
The jobholder ensures quality of execution through regular checks and efficiently operates various systems and interfaces. The jobholder is responsible for the proper documentation of all SCS processes.
In addition he/she supports VG and GCS on local SCS operational issues and acts as a 3rd support level whenever needed.

Your main tasks will include:

- Manage overall CRM system and processes related tasks
- Support CRM lifecycle campaign operational activities through lettershop process.
- Monitors various system interfaces to run operations and supervises master data quality
- Validate and test new CRM requirements to be implemented
- Support continous improvement processes (closely with CRM team) and system to improve overall CRM value proposition and consumer experience
- Act as a 3rd level support for operational issues, CRM-process trainings to key users
- Develops and maintain CRM Process Documentation Worldwide for CRM Helpdesk Level I &II
- Provides ad hoc reports and data selections for CRM projects
- Develops and fosters strong collaboration and cross-functional partnerships with different stakeholders

The ideal candidate for this position is:

- Holding a university degree and has at least 3-5 years of professional experience in CRM process support management

- Brings a strong IT knowledge especially around various CRM tools as well as experience of CRM process management (SAP an asset)

- Is highly customer-oriented and feel comfortable working autonomously & in a structured manner with a clear understanding of the  “best practice” business processes

- Posses a strong command of English, another language would be a strong asset

- Proven track of outstanding project management and analytics skills
