Pharma company located outside of Basel employing over 250 employees in

Switzerland and abroad. We are dedicated to the development, in/out-licensing

and marketing of innovative pharmaceutical products in the field of

gastroenterology. We successfully market our own products as well as in-

licensed products in over 60 countries through our affiliates as well as a

network of carefully chosen licensing- and marketing partners. We are engaged

in close collaborations with pharmaceutical research centres and universities.

Tillotts group is reporting in IFRS and consolidating different affiliates in Europe.

Senior Manager

Business Development & Licensing

Your tasks

Coordinate and manage multi-functional teams and core BD&L activities for deal

management incl. opportunity screening, identification, assessment, due diligence,

deal negotiations.

Responsible for licensing management, incl. sourcing and performing technical and

financial evaluations of licensing and M&A candidates.

Maintains in-depth knowledge of internal and external contacts within the industry to

secure licensing and M&A opportunities.

Who you are

Degree in business, medical or science; MBA or advanced scientific degree is a plus.

Several years of BD&L experience, proven track record of closed multi-national

licensing deals and strategic and marketing co-operations including the US,

advanced negotiation skills is key and orchestrating multiple disciplines.

Highly developed presentation skills, able to create, plan and facilitate presentations

to Tillotts senior management and to external partners.

Success-driven and team-oriented with enthusiasm and understanding for commercial

application of research and development.
