Global Supply Chain Planning and Purchasing Specialist

Job outline

Business


Deliver Stock and Availability target for the assigned category ensuring that we achieve balancing cost&service

 

Responsible for short term and long term forecast (18 months) taking into account business drivers(Baseline, Promotional activities, seasonality as well as demand influencing factors)


Studying the relevant markets, keeping up-to-date with the latest trends


Responsible for planning the supply of the product with our supplier based on current stock& forecast while taking into account SC KPI such as fill rates, safety stock


Own your order book by reviewing orders for completeness, accuracy and compliance BBD if applicable for categories

Own& Drive the Stock review process for own category, Identifying Root cause, Best practice for clearance


Own and drive the logistic scheme and look for ways to gain agility in our business


Management of existing supplier relationships


Analysis current process and identify areas of improvement which could be within and outside your scope

 

Project Management & Process Lead

Lead and Drive Assigned project within Supply Chain ensuring that the Project is delivered on Time and within cost

Drive communication within and outside the team with regards Assign Process


CPI mind set for the responsible process

 

Requirements:

Essential:

Excellent planning and organizational ability

Excellent communication skills at all levels and fluent english

Process orientation and flexible mind set

Strong analytical, methodical and numerical skills

Strong team player and individual thinker

Supporting change, Delivering results and Customer focus

Technical Skills (SAP, Excel, BW)

Master's Degree(Supply Chain, Engineering) or equivalent, Min 2 years of proven experience within a complex global retail or (Food Industry)
