Main Responsibilities / Activities

Increases business development and managesan existing portfolio of accounts in the territory. Secures existing customers and develops new customers by selling Gottscho products and solutions and determining best fit and best cost solution for the customer’s process or production flow. Responsible for a sales territory and registering RFQs in the Sales database, archiving all offers properly, reviewing orders.
Main tasks
• Identifies target companies for Business Development initiatives in the Pharma, nutraceutical and co-packer industries
• Develops a sales plan with strategies and plans for obtaining orders and programs for servicing the existing customers
• Contributes to implementation of the Group Strategy and development of the local Business Plan
• Ensures a high order intake with targeted margin by implementing the defined sales plan
• Conducts sales visits, quotation presentations, CRM update, forecasting, registering RFQs in the Sales database, archiving offers, etc.
• Actively participates in the Hapa Sales Engineer team in order to share skills and solutions
• Facilitate final discussions with customers that close the sale

Basic Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Engineering preferred, equivalent experience accepted. 5 years of experience as Sales Engineer in a related industry such as Pharma packaging, machine vision or printer sales.
