Magnolia is a digital business platform with a CMS at its core. We’re an innovative, fast growing organization, seeking a Support Engineer for our clients in the US.

Your task is to support Magnolia clients with technical expertise regarding Magnolia and project implementations. You are curious, like helping people, and have a broad knowledge of web applications and supporting infrastructure. Your engineering background allows you to identify common traits in successful websites and build a repository of known-to-work solutions. You won’t go this alone. There is a worldwide network of other Magnolia Support Engineers, as well as resident knowledge in the US Magnolia office.



  • Solve technical questions from clients via support ticketing system
  • Build and release custom functionality to solve client issues
  • Travel occasionally to client locations to provide services on-site
  • Work in an international environment


What we are looking for

  • Broad technological background with a focus on Java web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript and JQuery
  • Excellent technical, problem solving and communication skills
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently
  • A strong commitment to timelines and deliverables
  • Willing and able to travel occasionally
  • Ready to go the extra mile to help clients win with Magnolia


Where you will work

Magnolia’s North American office is located in downtown Miami. Our office is in the historic Huntington Building, just 2 blocks from a Metromover station (which connects to the Brickell and Government Station Metrorail stations). We work in an open office. No walls. This helps us communicate, get to know one another, and work effectively as a team.
