You have strong communication skills and solid experience in recruiting for technology. This experience has given you the knowledge and confidence to manage the full life-cycle recruiting process from planning to sourcing, pre-screening, offering and on-boarding. You’ll contribute to our company growth by enhancing our employer branding and hiring top talents. Help us find the people who will fuel Magnolia’s growth.



  • Play a key role in workforce planning, collaborating with team leads to build high-performing teams
  • Take initiative to develop job descriptions by understanding the required skills and background and the ideal fit for the needs of our business and culture
  • Provide guidance and coaching throughout the recruitment process
  • Play a key role in developing awareness of Magnolia as a wonderful place to work.
  • Collaborate with team leads and HR on Human Resource Management, from day-to-day HR/recruiting operations to evaluating and improving processes
  • Benchmark labor market trends, support budget management and headcount planning, stay on top of recruiting trends, strategies and best practices


What we are looking for

  • HR education (e.g. Personalfachleute eidg. FA)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a recruiter in international companies, preferably in technology/software industry
  • Strong understanding of tasks and roles in a software company (Engineering, Sales, Marketing)
  • Experience in developing a strong employer brand that attracts top tech talent
  • Strong know-how of Swiss labour law and permit procedures
  • Strong communication and conflict management skills
  • Ability to take responsibility, with a get-things-done attitude
  • Willingness, flexibility and ability to take-over projects and back-ups along the HR life cycle in a small team
  • Experience in organizations that have undergone significant growth or change,
  • A global mindset; you love working in an international environment
  • Fluency in English and German is mandatory
