Looking for smart, knowledgeable, curious and enthusiastic software developers to help us maintain and improve our leading CMS
At Magnolia, we leverage the Magnolia platform to fulfill our group's mission: we empower people to create and maintain great websites and web-apps in an effective, efficient and fun way.
What we are looking for
How we work
Magnolia is a great place to work. The founders have established a healthy, diverse and multicultural environment, based on friendliness, respect and a responsible “work/life” balance. The office itself is well located, comfortable and filled with natural light. It is not unusual for an after-work apéro on the terrace to last a few extra hours. We enjoy each other's company. We participate in the Magnolia community by contributing to the forums, blogging, attending conferences and hosting our own annual conference. We’re passionate about what we create; design and craft matter to us - whether it be in the graphics, the user experience or the code.
As a developer at Magnolia, you have the freedom to develop yourself as well. Each developer has parallel activities to their team: groups such as UX, architecture and communication are important components of our success. Movement to different positions and even departments within the company is encouraged. Developers have innovation days to use for self-initiated projects, experiments, or continuing education. We even have in-house German language classes. We work to balance a person's skills and experience with their interests and personal growth. If this looks like something for you, please send us your resume, a code sample and optionally a link to some online projects or blog posts.
If you have the experience and skills to help our clients and partners get the most out of Magnolia, and would like to work in a buzzing international company, we'd love to hear from you. We always have jobs for the right people.
