Looking for experts in sales and marketing

To manage the ever more demanding requirements of virtual presence, our clients need software which is open to change, open to work for anybody and open to grow. This allows them to generate higher traffic, engagement and conversion. Companies save resources and time while selecting the best tools for their business. 

We are now growing our sales and business development team and want to let more companies know about Magnolia’s powerful content management strengths. We are looking for an individual with a consultant mentality who is able to help qualify the incoming leads and operate as a first-contact for prospects, helping them with their questions and requests and qualifying them into opportunities for our sales executives. The Market Response Representative (MRR) is an entry-level sales and marketing role with responsibility for inbound sales and marketing support.



  • Responding to inbound web leads and assigning them to the appropriate Magnolia sales person
  • Finding/researching leads from the Internet 
  • Emailing and calling prospects to interest them in the Magnolia solution
  • Demoing of Magnolia via web-calls and conferences, leading of discovery calls, follow-up
  • Personalized documentation and information deck creation for prospects
  • Cleaning and de-duplicating data in the Magnolia CRM system
  • Scheduling meetings between prospects and Magnolia sales people
  • Supporting Magnolia marketing efforts by assisting in online, direct mail and other marketing campaigns


What we are looking for

  • Knowledge of/experience with content management systems
  • Experience with SugarCRM or other CRMs
  • Proficiency with social media, web research and Apple
  • Energy and desire to make numerous (20+) phone calls daily
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in person, through email and via telephone
  • Ability and aptitude to perform high level demonstrations of the Magnolia solution
  • Web-technology savvy and basic knowledge of Java Script
  • ‘Hunter’ mentality in seeking out new business
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships with prospects, customers, partners and Magnolia employees
  • Excellent written and spoken English and German
