The Lead Design Program Manager is a critical role for the Lausanne Design team. He/she will be responsible for major operational activities within the Lausanne design studio and will work with global teams at all levels of the company. Strong leadership, influence and conflict resolution skills are a must .
This is NOT an IT or Software PM position. Candidate should have Consumer Goods Product lifecycle experience or strong Creative Studio Management background.

This role will plan, schedule, prioritize and allocate global resources, driving worldwide product development projects through the entire product development lifecycle, including:
Product: Industrial Design, CMF (color, material, finish), UX - user experience (a plus!)
Packaging: Structure / Imagery / Graphics / Localization
Marketing Creative Concept and asset delivery
Web Product Launch (a plus!)
Project Management Core Fundamentals:
Maintain a project dashboard to communicate status of (10 - 20) department projects
Allocate and prioritize Design department resources across project to maintain project schedules
Coordinate marketing initiative development projects including establishing timelines to completing milestone stages.
Ensure that project schedules are met, monitoring and tracking the progress and performance against plan.
Assess project development risks and resource requirements.
Interface with multi-functional teams in addition to Design- engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Minimum 10+ Years of Project Management Experience.
Must have experience leading projects; including design, development, timely deployment, etc.
Team-oriented. The team player must be able to seamlessly partner with both engineers and designers to assess risk, strategize and meet deliverables for projects.
Project Management experience in high tech and consumer products environment with cross functional team.
Ability to develop comprehensive project timelines using MS Project, or Viewpath 3, or Workfront / Attask.
Strong influence and leadership presence. This role will work across a large number of stakeholders and team members. Must be comfortable with change and conflict management.
