For our highly motivated international team at our offices in Dübendorf, we are searching for a self-driven and proactive team player with clear communication and relationship building skills to take on the role of:

Project Coordinator Faculty Support Media 50%

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining an online content management and distribution system consisting of several platforms (eg, WordPress, Microsoft OneDrive)
  • Liaising and coordinating with internal and external service providers (eg, IT service providers, medical illustrators, graphic designers)
  • Providing administrative support for various projects (eg, reference checking, EndNote, contracts, WORD styling)
  • Editing and proofreading of educational materials in English (eg, presentations, pamphlets, course programs)

You have higher education in health sciences and/or writing/publishing and two years practical work experience. The job demands experience with online content management and distribution systems, strong organizational skills, as well as a detail-oriented approach to folder structures, processes and workflows. You have a good command of written and spoken English, the ability to work in a global multi-cultural environment, as well as a proven service orientation.
