We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager. A key role in a dynamic, high-growth company

Humatica is a rapidly growing, specialised consultancy that works with private equity investors and senior leaders to improve the productivity and performance of their organisations. We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager, who is ready to take a leadership role in a highly entrepreneurial environment.

Your role:
  • Build and cultivate relationships with new and existing senior executive and private-equity investor clients
  • Develop and structure business opportunities and high-impact projects with our clients
  • Propose, negotiate and sell specialized, high value-add consulting services
  • Supervise and manage consulting project teams to achieve outstanding results
  • Coach and develop project managers and junior team members
  • Actively participate in the company’s management and take a leadership role in the development of the firm
Your profile:
  • Successful track record as a Senior Consultant and project leader in the area of organizational effectiveness, productivity and/or and process optimization
  • Proven experience in business development and client relationship management
  • Strong competencies in networking, influencing, endurance and drive for outstanding results and success
  • Strong analytical skills – high interest and curiosity for understanding client issues and developing solutions
  • Strong communication skills – presentation, verbal, written
  • Preferably line management and/or leadership experience
