Strategic Insights and Analytics Manager (f/m)

 

Reporting to the Director Business Unit Primary Care, the Strategic Insights and Analytics Manager is responsible for market analysis and generating actionable customer insights. Developing positioning, customer segmentation and storyline for priority products and creating orchestrated multichannel plan.



Your main tasks:

  • Identify actionable customer insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Establish system to filter and consolidate information and data from different sources (infield, data from CRM, market research, own desk-research)
  • Dig deeper to identify underlying insights, reasons for behaviour or patterns
  • Set up and implement a practical customer segmentation
  • Develop compelling storyline for all focus products, based upon customer insights and needs
  • Create and execute orchestrated multichannel plans including timeline and budget
  • Sell the story and explain the strategy internally as well as externally
  • Establish and regularly monitor a budget plan covering key tactics
  • Keep track of sales and expenses across portfolio and conducts regular forecasting
  • Set targets and leading indicators for key activities, monitor achievement and advise on adjustments


 

Your Profile:
  • Experience in insights and analysis, either pharma industry or FMCG or agency experience
  • Understand the dynamics of the Primary Care market environment and the business model in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Business acumen and ability to weight short vs. mid-term tactics, taking ROI into consideration
  • Ability to set meaningful KPIs and a set of leading indicators as metrics
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel customer engagement
  • Ability to break down complex issues to simple questions in concise manner
  • Ability to follow through complex projects
  • Fluent in German and high level of business English. French language skills would be an asset
