Operations & Customer Relations Coordinator
Primary responsibilities
Administrate and coordinate global product-line operations for international clients.
Reporting to
Manager of the Geneva Trade Services Team
Specific responsibilities
  • Respond to and maintain records of client enquiries regarding the inspections and laboratory services capabilities, provide service offers.
  • Coordinate the work required by the clients with SGS affiliates worldwide, follow up on work progress and communicate it to the clients.
  • Analyze and cross-check data.
  • Finalize and issue reports where necessary to satisfy client requests that comply with SGS levels of compliance, quality and traceability.
  • Coordinate billing procedures and generate invoices.
  • Support management in developing client relationships and fulfilling contractual requirements.
  • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct.


  • Marine, technical, chemical or commercial background (University Degree).
  • Experience in delivering services to clients, preferably in a technical or commercial work environment (2-3 years).
  • Language skills: Fluent English, knowledge of any other language is an advantage.
