Position: Internal Audit Manager

Location: Zurich Region

Salary: 110,000 CHF + Bonus (Depending on Experience)


• The Internal Audit Manager will report to the CFO

• Review company processes based on SOX (Sarbanes Oxley Act)

• Identify weaknesses and support the development and implementation of the necessary procedures

• Identify process improvements and cost optimization opportunities within Audit Operations

• Manage ad-hoc audits and provide support in other finance projects

Must have: Fluent German, SOX experience and Audit experience (in a corporate environment or Big 4)


• Ensure all requirements for SOX are fulfilled

• Maintain documentation of guidelines, policies and processes based on SOX and internal audit requirements

• Implement an effective internal control system

• Maintain internal control system relating to SOX and internal audit requirements

• Act as advisor for the management and various departments regarding potential improvement in company processes

• Maintain Chart of Authority

• Maintain Code of Business Conduct

• Coordinate Risk Assessment activities whilst working closely with Risk Management Department

• Maintain relationships with internal / external stakeholders


• Degree (or similar) in Finance, Audit or relevant discipline

• 4 - 6 years of experience in international environment (Corporate Environment)

• SAP experience is a must, IFRS and Swiss GAAP a big plus

• Fluent in English and German – written and verbal (any other language is a plus)
