Covering the Swiss Romande territory we are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to be based out of Southern Switzerland.

Job Summary

The Enterprise Account Manager (EAM), is the primary driver for enterprise and run-rate transactional business in CH focusing on a number of dedicated existing named accounts in the region. The mission of this group is to solidify existing customer accounts and elevate the company to a more strategic partner in the customer's business. Our solution set is viewed as a ‘platform' within an account and changes the role that IT plays within that account from being considered a cost burden to a strategic deployment.
The EAM will be fully responsible for selling the complete solution, products, and services in to dedicated named accounts.

Main Duties

* Drive company's big-deal, enterprise and transaction sales business in conjunction with company's inside sales force and channel partners in Southern Switzerland

* Solidify existing customer accounts and elevate the company to a more strategic position within most accounts

* Must be able to sell company's solution as a ‘platform' within an account and change the role that IT plays within that account from being considered a cost burden to a strategic deployment

* Manage complex enterprise sales campaigns while managing a diverse set of partners within the same accounts

* Match the company's solution to the customer's business needs, challenges, and technical requirements

* Execute solution selling to existing customer base and new prospects

* Provide forecasting and update account/opportunity detail im Salesforce CRM System

 

 

Requirements

  • a solid record of solution selling in Enterprise Accounts
  • a multi-year track record with Nestle incl. access to c-level (50% of the target)
  • a track record with important enterprise accounts in the lac leman region such as PMI, JTI, Pictet, LODH, Givaudan, Swatch, Rolex, etc.
  • native French speaker, C2 English, B2 German (option)
