Team Leader (m/f), Recruiting, Zurich

Company Our client is one of the world‘s leading global business consulting firms.

Key Responsibilities • Responsibility for the development of the Swiss recruiting strategy – work closely

with Leadership Team and HR to develop local recruiting strategy

• Leadership of Swiss Recruiting Team

• Manage the entire candidate selection process for Switzerland

• Manage and implement on-campus strategy incl. brand positioning and awareness

• Take responsibility for concept, roll out and realization of national events

• Assume role as first contact for all internal and external questions on Swiss

consultant recruiting

• Take responsibility for Swiss recruiting budget,propose recruiting activities and

budget implications, allocate and manage resources in line with strategy, objectives

and budget

• Take responsibility for the Swiss Recruiting marketing

• campaigns, press etc.

Experience and Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Liberal Arts,

Social Sciences (e.g. Business Administration) or a related field is required –

Master’s degree is preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in Recruiting or HR in Consulting or

Professional Services with first functional team lead experience is preferred

• Self-starter with ability to work productively both independently and as an integral

member of various teams

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both German and English

• Strong client service orientation

• Results orientation and motivated by a fast-pace environment

• Flexible, open minded, out-going, passionate and humorous personality

• Strong proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel and Word)
