Company Our client has been operating a specific branch unit in Switzerland, offering a

comprehensive range of corporate banking services, trade and commodity finance,

and payments and cash services. They provide financial solutions to internationally

active Swiss companies, leading international companies that have their

headquarters established in Switzerland and non-governmental institutions based in

Geneva. Over the years, our client is a market leader in the very specific commodity

finance business in Geneva as one of the top 3 banks in the sector. They also have

a proven track record as being a leading provider of banking and financing services

and products to subsidiaries of international clients based in Switzerland.

With their strong client-focused mentality, the bank builds up a long-term

relationship with their clients enabling them to fully understand their business,

which lets our client provide their customers with sound financial advice and the

custom-built products to suit their business needs.

Tasks You will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of corporate customers

and developing new relationships.

Your responsibilities include:

• Overall responsibility for multinational corporate clients assigned, accountable

for results, and focusing on value creation.

• Market the full range of the bank's products and act as the bank's representative

to the client typically up to Board level.


• Strengthen the strategic dialogue with the client generating / increasing income

and market the full range of the bank's products.

• Develop strategic client account plans for each client considering client needs,

business potential, and appropriate risk allocation.

• Responsible for the credit quality of the client portfolio.

• Originating, leading, negotiating and closing new transactions in close co-

operation with the relevant product specialists.

Our client is looking for an ambitious, strongly motivated team player with excellent

communication skills who is willing and able to perform well in a highly dynamic

environment, taking up the challenges of the future within the company.

Required Profile • Advanced academic degree such as MBA, economics, law, or comparable

• 8 years of diversified and proven deal making / sales experience in corporate and

investment banking

• Proven ability to build and develop client relationships, win new business, close

transactions and develop networks, both internally and externally.

• Thorough understanding of flow derivatives, working capital solutions, capital

markets and corporate finance products, transaction and investment banking.

• Excellent communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English and

German as a working language would be an asset.
