Company Our client is a specialist investment banking firm. The firm provides financial advisory

services – M&A, exclusive sale transactions, restructurings, private placements and

project finance – to the global corporations and emerging growth companies that are

driving the transition to a more efficient and productive growth economy. Through its

offices in USA and Switzerland, is our client maintains an extensive global network of

relationships with sustainable infrastructure companies and investors. With more

expertise and more experience in the sustainable infrastructure space, the company

offers clients tailored solutions designed to meet their needs.

Responsibilities The Principal serves as a key member of the investment banking team, working

directly with Partners on all forms of engagement and new client development,

including in the following capacities:

• Managing transaction execution

• Leading outreach to potential buyers/ investors

• Managing extensive operating and financial/ accounting due diligence

• Synthesizing complex valuation and financial analysis

• Plan and execute client coverage strategy together with Partners

• Develop client relationships and convert into investment banking mandates

• Preparing for and participating in new business presentations

• Leading, developing, training and mentoring junior bankers

Requirements • Relevant sector knowledge required

• Proactive and entrepreneurial approach

• Strong grasp of corporate finance, valuation and accounting

• Leadership skills and experience

• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills

• Strong academic and professional pedigree

• At least 6 years of experience in investment banking and currently at a Vice

President position or higher
