Coordinator / Administrator - Facilities/Office Management (Ref 4495)
Our client is a leading global Facility Management company, they have an opening for the Zurich office of one of their major international clients ,
they are looking for a
COORDINATOR / ADMINISTRATOR– Facilities Management
-Ensure meeting rooms are maintained to a professional appearanceon a daily basis
-Maintain general office equipment, stationery and beverages, replenish when required
-Conduct regular office inspections to ensure all aspects of the Facility Management service delivery is functioning efficiently.
All failures to be resolved quickly without delay or inconvenience
-Working closely with the Services Manager, carrying out periodic Reviews of sub-contractors to ensure a quality service is being provided to the client
-Locally coordinate all internal Events and also the massage program
-Arrange photographs for the Access badges
-Act as point of contact for the office staff
-Ensure all contracts are effectively managed and controlled to be up to the customer expectations
-Provide regular reporting of the department’s activities to the Services Manager and look for continuous improvement
-General administrative support
-We are looking for a dynamic and outgoing person (28 – 45) who MUSThave some previous experience in Facility or Office Management
-MUSTbe a good Communicator and have very good German and English language skills
-Strong customer facing skills and apersonality that only wants to deliver the best
-Looking to deliver the best possible service to the client resulting in the best possible return for the company
-Good MS Office skills coupled with sound grasp of spelling and grammar
