For one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich we are currently looking for a Business Analyst with strong experience in the Change Management and Credit Risk Area


Main Responsibilities:

  • Documenting clear business requirements from business teams from Financial and Credit Risk departments
  • Communicating and working closely  with Change and Credit Risk Management
  • Producing of accurate reports of the activity in the product releases
  • Participating in stress testing and scenarios valuation
  • Coordinating the phases of business and user acceptance testing


Ideal Profile:

  • Relevant higher education in Business/ Finance area
  • 5+ years in Business Analysis/ Requirements engineering in Credit Risk Area
  • Strong experience with stress testing, scenarios valuations, understanding of PDs, LGDs, etc.
  • Good understanding of Regulatory requirements (Basel Regulations, BCBS 239)
  • Good communication skills, ability to work with onshore and offshore stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
