A Pre-Sales Consultant role has become available at an International leader in the ICT industry specialised in workforce automation software. As a response to a growing business you will perform based out of home office to cover Switzerland.

Pre-Sales Consultant (m/f)

The Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for managing all technical aspects with an existing client portfolio as well as supporting the sales team strengthening customer relationships.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer satisfaction for technical related matters
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify specific client requirements and design a specific solution
  • Meet customers and consult on various partner offerings to identify the best fit
  • Attend different workshops and seminars and be the subject matter expert in the field


With a strong pre-sales background complemented with relevant technical skills you have a track record of exceeding customer expectations.

  • Specific experience designing complex and efficient technical solutions
  • You are willing to travel to meet customers within the assigned territory
  • You speak at least fluent German and English
  • High degree of autonomy
