YOUR EXPERTISE IN DISTRIBUTORS MANAGEMENT IS NEEDED! Our customer is a well known biomedical device company based near Geneva and a leader in providing enabling technologies for Cell Therapy and Regenerative Medicine applications which systems separate and concentrate adult stem cells that are used in a number of life-saving procedures. Present in over 45 countries either directly or through distributors and has established a solid scientific reputation through continuous product innovation.
In order to support the rapid company's growth, we are looking for a jung individual with exceptional drive and good commercial skills, able to develop our rapidly expanding sales as
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for supporting our distributors in the EMEA area, and for the promotion of company's product lines for cell therapy transplantation units, cord blood banks to hospitals and biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies. You will also have responsibility for total sales within the assigned territories, including regular sales. Your main task will be distributor network management. Your sales activities will include preparation of forecast, quotations, follow-up and conversion into sales and preparation of regular market activity reports. It also includes presence at exhibitions and organization of client seminars. You will follow up of product evaluations in the centers, and feedback of field information to our customer support department, including equipment demonstration and installation. You will provide operational input in order to increase the penetration of the Group in its core markets in line with its strategic development plan. You will participate in defining new product requirements, monitor key trends in company’s market, and coordinate scientific activities with various medical institutions.
YOUR PROFIL For this position based in Switzerland, a University degree in Life Sciences or Engineering as well as successful track record in distributor management is mandatory. Three to five years of experience in the sales of medical devices or laboratory equipments in an international environment and excellent organizational skills with a proven track record ideally with a previous work experience in a start-up or SME. You have excellent communication and presentations skills a strong entrepreneurial spirit with leadership qualities, hands-on and able to motivate a team. You are willing to extensive travel. You are fluent in english, french and other european languages are an asset.
