YOUR CHALLENGEYou report directly to the Country Manager Switzerland and you are responsible manage and enlarge the Swiss SAP Practice. You hold P&L responsibility, take care of existing customer and win in collaboration with Sales and Account Teams new customers. You develop the business strategy, create value propositions and identify growth opportunities. You take care of the overall sales cycle like bid strategy, sing point of contact for your customer, finding the right solution with your team and lead your team to successful projects. You manage an onshore team plus a large offshore entity. You build and strengthen relationship with key stakeholders, customer representative and other partners and actively create brand awareness and in depth understanding of its own service portfolio. You integrate top specialist from the worldwide organization to make customer solutions running. As a key player you build a platform for long lasting and sustainable relationship and you act as trusted advisor for future growth.
YOUR PROFILEYou have a University degree with further learning in Economics or any equivalent education. You have a deep practical experience in consulting and IT SAP business area and run successfully a P&L responsibility. You are a natural leader, manage and grow the local team and motivate the big offshore team to its best. You have strong Sales and Business Development skills and like to win customer projects and convince them from your solutions. You have a network in Switzerland and to other SAP stakeholders. You have experience in working collaboratively in global cross-functional teams. You are an excellent networker, able to identify and articulate winning value proposition. You are able to talk with customer on C-Level, to integrate specialists and adapt new technology. You are looking for a new challenge and you are a talented and successful manager. You have fun thinking globally, acting locally and work in multi-cultural teams around the globe. You are a problem solver with the ability to effectively prioritize work. You are able to communicate in English and German (is a must).
