YOUR CHALLENGEYou are responsible end-to-end process management workflow for a regulatory change in the sales & trading service organization. You hold the ownership for end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement definition to deployment of strategic and regulatory initiatives. You drive impact assessment and business model transformation related to regulatory developments across the business area. You coordinate project communication with stakeholders like sales, trading and execution desks, product management, compliance, legal, group tax, operations, IT and external clients and other external parties (brokers, counterparties, exchanges). You participation and potential lead of projects or work streams in key programs managing strategic, tactical and regulatory change. Hands-on involvement in processes and projects across multiple asset classes, process steps and IT systems.

YOUR PROFILEYou have a Bachelor or Master in engineering, natural sciences; or computer science; an additional education (e.g. PhD, MBA, CFA) is an asset. You have experience in financial markets, business transformation and sales and trading. You have a deep understanding and experience in process documentation, management and re-engineering. You have outstanding analytical , conceptual and technical skills combined with result orientation and problem solving capability. Ideally experience with regulatory transformation projects in the banking and financial services industry. You are a problem solver with the ability to effectively prioritize work. You are able to communicate in English and ideally German.
