YOUR CHALLENGEYou report directly to the Country Manager Switzerland and you are responsible to acquire new Insurance Customers in Switzerland covering topics like IT-Outsourcing, Application Support, Business Process Optimization, Digitalization and Consulting. You open new targeted portfolio of accounts in close collaboration with client partners, service leader and other global teams. You generate leads, convert them into opportunities and lead them to real deals. You build and strengthen relationship with key stakeholders, customer representative and other partners and actively create brand awareness and in depth understanding of its own service portfolio. You integrate top specialist from the worldwide organization to make customer solutions running. As a key player you build a platform for long lasting and sustainable relationship and you act as trusted advisor for future growth.
YOUR PROFILEYou have a University degree with further learning in Economics or any equivalent education. You have first experience as sales of IT solutions and or outsourcing services and have a reasonable understanding of professional services in topics like software and service solutions, outsourcing, BPO, Digitalization and consulting. You have experience in working collaboratively in global cross functional teams. You are an excellent networker, able to identify and articulate winning value proposition. You are able to talk with customer on C-Level, to integrate specialists and adapt new technology. You are looking for a new challenge and you are a talented and successful hunter. You have fun thinking globally, acting locally and work in multi-cultural teams around the globe. You are a problem solver with the ability to effectively prioritize work. You are able to communicate in English and German (is a must).
