We are looking on behalf of our client, an international organisation, based in Vaud Canton for an :
Your mission :
• To provide assistance to the CFO: emails, agenda, prepare meetings and support material needed
• To perform a liaison role in the CFO’s absence
• To ensure the proper circulation of internal information with the other Departments ;
• To ensure all projects and requests are delivered on time ;
• To represent the Finance Department in various meetings at the request of the CFO ;
Your profile :
• Trained as a director’s secretary, with minimum 5 years’ experience;
• Languages: French and English, read, written and spoken fluently;
• Excellent command of MS Office Applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook.
• Autonomy, sense of organisation and priorities, ability to handle the unexpected, flexibility;
• Rapidity and reliability in executing the tasks ;
• Strong sense of confidentiality and appropriate communication of information.
