Based in Geneva (HQ), Singapore and Bangalore, operating in more than 30 countries, PSiDEO provides a wide range of premium outsourced IT services to global customers and develops business software solutions for targeted vertical markets

Our core activities are:

- Delivering IT as a Service by providing an all-in-one package that includes hardware, software and IT services at a fixed price per user per month: NGIT-Managed Services;

- Managing IT infrastructures – Adaptive Outsourcing: Audit, consulting, design, implementation, maintenance, training, strategic outsourcing of IT operations (including IT dpt management roles);

- Publishing software, among which our leading product B-Com Community and Event Management platform. (10+ years of development, more than 1'000 tablets, largely more than 5Mio lines of code, 2-4 major and highly innovative releases a year, 20-40 minor releases a year)


After 10 years of remote service to Indian companies (from CH or SG), we started our own Bangalore operations in 2015, first with a remote team extension model and now growing the local operations to serve our Indian customers from India.


Today, we are looking for an HR & Office Manager to join our Back Office team in Bangalore.



Office Management

- Front desk (reception) and telephone calls handling and screening
- Facilities management and procurement
- Administrative tasks: filing, mail, correspondence, team calendar management, scheduling meetings & appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements including visa applications, flights, accommodation for PSiDEO’s top management and collaborators
- Coordinate office move with all partners involved


- Recruiting: job description writing, posting on different job portals, point of contact with recruiting agencies and job boards suppliers
- HR administration: work permits, social insurances, holidays, timesheet tracking and reporting, HR correspondence, work certificates, HR forms
- Inducting new employees


- Finance administration: follow-up with Indian banks, customers and vendors on any accounting / process queries, manage on site invoicing and received invoices
- Assist with India and other site accounting when needed



This position is ideal for a dynamic person with relevant experience and who wants to work in a challenging and international environment

- Higher education: BA or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
- Excellent communication skills
- At ease and interested in the field of Information Technology, IT infrastructure, software development, solutions and services
- Fluency with web tools: updating content and maintenance of websites
- Very organized, good structured and synthetic approach
- Flexible and hard worker, autonomous and good team player
- Used to fast paced environments, able to multitask
- Customer, solution and result oriented
- Proficient with MS Office programs
