Based in Geneva (HQ) and Singapore, operating in over 30 countries, PSiDEO provides a wide range of premium outsourced IT services to global customers, and develops business software solutions for targeted vertical markets

Our core activities are:

- Delivering IT as a Service by providing an all-in-one package that includes hardware, software and IT services at a fixed price per user per month: NGIT-Managed Services
- Managing IT infrastructures at the cutting edge of technology – Adaptive Outsourcing: Audit, consulting, design, implementation, maintenance, training, strategic outsourcing of IT operations (including IT department management roles)
- Publishing software, among which our leading product B-Com Community and Event Management platform(10+ years of development, more than 1’000 tables, largely more than 5Mio lines of code, 2-4 major and highly innovative releases a year, 20-40 minor releases a year)


Today, we are looking for an IT Procurement, Sales & Logistics Manager to join our supply chain team.



The person we are looking for will work closely with our NGIT infrastructure services management as well as our NGIT Sales Director on the following missions:

- Managing the commercial part of the job: from offers to orders
- Sourcing of hardware devices and IT services, mainly based on private cloud computing technology, in order to sell it to our clients (as a VAR or ITaaS provider)
- Negotiation and verification of purchase conditions: manufacturers / vendors / distributors
- Creation of offers for customers
- Management, monitoring and renewal of our client’s Hardware and Software Support contracts
- Maintaining and continuously updating (pricing and descriptions) the NGIT managed services and accelerators catalogue
- Organisation, implementation and coordination of the purchase and delivery in Switzerland and abroad
- Preparation of shipments of materials and follow up of delivery
- Relationship and partnership management with our IT vendors, service providers and distributors
- Operations in our ERP Microsoft NAV

As a member of the Procurement, Sales and Logistics team you will also be involved in all the general and varied missions of this department.



This position would ideally suit a dynamic person who already has a similar experience for at least 3 years and who is willing to work in a small and growing international and stimulating environment:

- Autonomous and self-driven, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Deep interest in computer sciences and IT infrastructure industry
- Knowledge in the field of procurement and business operations (calculation of margins, etc...)
- Understanding of international transport (road and air)
- Computer literacy: MS Office (at advanced level), at least one modern ERP system. Experience as a software product specialist of any software product an asset.
- Business CFC, commercial maturity, FCPM or similar or higher diploma
- Perfect command of French and English both oral and written (German a plus)
- Swiss, European nationality or B, C permit
