Solution Architect (m/f)

 

Job Summary

The Solution Architect will drive OSS/BSS and System Integration business growth with pre-sales and delivery work in transformation areas, with existing and new customers in Switzerland, in a close cooperation with Business Units and Key Accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act in the Customer Solution Representative in both Pre-Sales & Delivery phases of a customer engagement
  • Deliver the Customer Value & Thought Leadership
  • Conduct in-depth busine
  • ss focused discussions with the customer and analyze customer business environments, requirements, plans and issues.
  • Proactively identify and generate own leads (non-RFP) and drive new business opportunities.
  • Having the right customer intimacy, translate the customer needs into the viable technical offerings, solutions and proposals.
  • Scope, define & design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions
  • Support deployment of solutions
  • Develop & perform customer presentations
  • Collaborate closely with Business Units and Key Accounts.
  • Lead implementation resources like Ericsson resources, third party suppliers and contractors.

 

Key Requirements:

  • Experience as a Consultant / Senior Solution Architect in the OSS/BSS domain leading major engagements or complex projects.
  • Good social and presentation skills, and an ability to build working relationships quickly
  • Strong cultural awareness and excellent language skills; English is mandatory and fluent German
  • Accountability, Result Driven, Self-Driven, Pro-active.
  • Strong personal track record, in business development and solution delivery within OSS/BSS domain.
  • Strong technical competence in one or more than one of the following solution areas: Revenue Management (Charging, Billing), Fulfillment (Inventory, Order Management), Analytics (EEA)
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering
