For our office in Allschwil, Switzerland, we are looking for a: Customer Service Representative Germany Key accountabilities Handle incoming and outgoing communication for retailers and consumers through various communication channels and platforms: phone, email, B2B Achieve and maintain indicated communication service levels Customer database maintenance Maintenance of customer and order related administration Country level commercial  and technical support Handling of incoming warranty cases Assist and participate on local and European wide tradeshows and events Assist in translation and proofreading of all language specific communication materials Responsible for service related consumer communication Back up of other retail related service departments Maintain positive open lines of communication with Company management and other departments in order to contribute to a smooth flow of information and efficient operation of the organization Follows internal controls and company policies as set by company and job function Contributes to the success of company by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned We are looking for a fast learning, proactive and resourceful person, willing to assume responsibilities. Service and customer orientated communication should come natural to you. It’s essential for the candidate to be fluent in English, verbal and written. Also a must is a native speaker in German. A 3rd language would be a preference. The successful candidate preferably has a High School diploma with 2-3 years’ experience in a customer service environment, good technical understanding of bicycles and cycling apparel & accessories. Requirements also include proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP is a plus, communication, customer service relationship and service skills.
