Business Architect Analytics Platform Leader

The Business Architect Analytics Platform Lead will be responsible for providing strategic input and coordinating the business leads of component delivery streams.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and guide the business leads of component delivery streams
  • Liaise and align with the Development IT leads of component delivery streams, and the Da Vinci business project manager
  • Provide strategic input to component delivery streams
  • Supporting work streams such as Communications and Change Management, Training and User Documentation
  • Contribute to preparation and delivery of progress reports to stakeholder boards or  the broader Pharma Development organization
Qualifications and Experience:

  • BA/BS/MS in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or health sciences related field
  • At least 10 years relevant experience (or equivalent breadth of Pharmaceutical experience) including several years in a project functional lead role
  • Good understanding of clinical development, quality and regulatory standards and policies relevant to Biostatistics and Statistical Programming (e.g. GCP, ICH)
  • Successful experience working in cross-functional teams and management of projects
  • Ability to effectively lead major non-clinical initiatives requiring biostatistics and/or programing expertise
  • Advanced problem-solving and negotiation skills, and ability to steer teams through effective problem-solving sessions and negotiations
  • High degree of results-orientation and ability to execute
  • Must be able to organize, prioritize and work effectively in a constantly changing environment and motivate the team to do the same
  • Experience in leading operations and innovation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required
