Cross-Functional Marketing Project-Lead

In this newly created role you are responsible for the strategic and operational planning as well as the budgeting for the overall cross – functional team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish a highly efficient cross-functional team
  • Implement a program strategy across function, regions and organizations
  • Ensuring  consistent global brand strategy across all regions
  • Creating and presenting brand strategies to internal global committees
  • Lead and coordinate the execution of the program plan across all function and therapeutic areas in close collaboration with the brand alliance manager
  • Proactively adapt strategy on market changes to constantly maximize value
  • Chair Cross-Functional-Team meetings
  • Provide inspiring leadership to the team
  • Provide inspiring leadership to the GCT
  • Maximize brand potential
  • Ensure quality, consistency and timely delivery of strategic plan



Qualifications and Experience:

  • MBA, MD or PhD in a scientific field of study, medicine or marketing
  • 8-10 years experience in pharmaceutical industry marketing
  • 3-4 years experience on a global level role including global product launch experience
  • Strong track record in operational sales and marketing management at national as well as global strategic and operational brand management experience
  • Experience in chronic disease areas is a huge plus
  • Excellent user of office programs ( Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set, hands-on approach, driven personality
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
