Based in Geneva (Switzerland), we are looking for an
to support our VP Industry Sales
LEM is looking for a young, high-caliber engineer interested in best in class current measurement
products and in their sales around the world in a medium-sized global organization.
Create, maintain and update the Global Industry Sales, Delivery and customer quality
Liaise regularly with Regional Sales, Logistics and Customer quality in order to collect
information and follow up projects.
Manage on their own projects upon request and in collaboration with the VP Industry
Analyzing pricing structures and sales figures.
Preparing reports for the Executive Management
Assist Key account management and liaise with Product Development Managers
Coordinating sales projects between the different regions
Making technical presentations for client visits.
Helping to solve client problems in quality and deliveries.
Providing training and producing support material for the sales team
Prepare presentations to Customers
University degree in electrical engineering focus on power electronics
Minimum 2 year of experience in technical product sales in an international environment.
Understanding of a global business with a matrix organization
Eager to learn and self-starter
Familiar with IT tools ( ERP..) and Microsoft office
Team worker in a matrix organization including remote and multicultural teams.
Sound analytical and conceptual competences, global vision, high problem solving
competency, pragmatic including in high pressure situations.
Fluent in English and French, German an asset.
