Our client is a leading high-end luxury watches company based in Switzerland. They made their reputation thanks to the excellence of their products
Established in the watchmaking industry for over a century, they have been expanding across the globe, exporting their fine knowledge and their passion for watches.
For their headquarters in Switzerland they are now looking for an
Area Sales Manager - Bern area (French/German/English) - permanent contract
The position is extremely rewarding, brings along great challenges and opportunities to grow within the company.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the whole distribution network in Europe, which will include:
• Dealing and managing over 40 distributors across EMEA including the retailer’s network.
• Develop and implement appropriate sales strategies.
• Motivate and control our network, including our sales team and managers.
• Export the brand’s vision and expand the portfolio.
• Analyse the current market situation and identify the requirements needed.
• Achieving monthly and annual agreed target, as well as setting new ones.
• A first experience as an Area Sales manager for luxury brand. To have worked for a Watches brand would be ideal
• Experiencing in managing large teams, being able to understand and motivate them
• Languages: fluency in German, French and English
• Excellent communications skills
• Ability to work with deadlines within a busy environment
• Availability and flexibility to face extensive travelling (70%)
