Our client, a prestigious international brand of luxury products is recruiting a Luxury Sales Advisor.


• Provide excellent standards of selling, and maintain comprehensive information to customers for all categories of products
• Understand and demonstrate customer care and high levels of customer service at store to payment
• Monitor actively and provide the selling team with feedback and data loaded in software system
• Look for link selling opportunities which will increase basket spend, requested or not by the client
• Perform back-office activities such as data entry, replenish stock, daily closures, after sale service processing...

• Confidently making and closing sales with high level clients
• Manage a solid network with potential customers that have either visited the store or that have been acquired by other channels
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and housekeeping by ensuring that goods are attractively displayed and correctly priced in line with guidelines
• Ensure that all paperwork relating to replenishment, invoices and transfers is completed and returned within the given timescales.

Qualifications / Professional Capabilities

• Commercial or sales background
• At least 4 years experience in a similar position with another luxury brand
• Fluent in German, English, any other languages an asset (Chinese or Arabic)
• Experience in selling high end luxury watches is a must
• Knowledge of sales techniques and good selling skills
• Knowledge of store procedures
• Knowledge of Marketing and CRM techniques and tools
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
