One of our client is a top leading Pharmaceutical/FMCG company based in Basel (Switzerland). In order to reinforce their HR Corporate team, we are looking for a :

Talent and Development & HR project Manager (English fluent)
Permanent position based in Basel.

The Talent and Development & HR project Manager is fully accountable for the design, delivery and impact assessment for a specific portfolio of Leadership Development interventions for senior leaders within the company. These leadership interventions are designed in line with the overall Business and HR Strategy and are focussed on developing the current and future leaders. You will be the subject matter expert on Leadership Development and extensive experience in developing senior Leaders.

The main missions and the scope :

- To design and support execution of the Development strategy.
- Responsible for the design and delivery of Leadership Interventions in partnership with key internal stakeholders (senior business and HR leaders) and external Experts.
- To partner with senior internal stakeholders within HR and business and translates the Business, HR and Talent Management and Leadership strategy into robust and impactful leadership interventions.
- To design a portfolio of Leadership Development programmes across the enterprise
- To work across a range of functions/divisions and also across developed and emerging markets (EMEA).
- To Work closely with divisions/functions to ensure Enterprise centric solutions and does so by championing a co-creation approach i.e. adapting/re-purposing what exists internally and building off best practises
- Champions a co-creation approach by involving relevant internal and stakeholders, blending in the latest thinking, external best practises and re-purposing existing content which may exist internally.
- Key contributor in designing the Leadership Development strategy and acts as a partner to the Head of Leadership Development in ensuring the Leadership Development strategy is well aligned to internal context and external best practises.

Your profile :

- You are graduated with a Master’s degree or equivalent with focus on HR, Organisational Psychology or Organizational Behaviour.
- You have at least 10 years of experience in HR, within a FMCG/Pharma/Healthcare company ideally.
- You have a previous experience as a Talent & Development Manager.
- You already worked within an international environment and you were responsible of an international scope (EMEA or more).
- You are fluent in English, any others languages would be an asset.
